COLD TAP DRAFT/LIQUOR CHILLING UNITS

COLD SHOT LIQUOR CHILLER

The coldest machine this side of the Arctic.  The Cold Shot delivers ice cold shooters between 0° - 30° F, depending on the proof of the liquor.

Cold_shot.JPG (20341 bytes)The Cold Shot unit was designed and built with the Cold Tap technology of temperature enhancement. This unit is self-contained and operates on a 115 volt power supply.  The liquor is poured into the top of the unit, and is instantly chilled as cold as 0°F.  The temperature varies based upon the alcohol content of the liquor being served.  The Cold Shot unit  is equipped with a convenient dispensing system which allows you a more controlled pour; reducing your liquor costs by preventing spillage and pour over.

Features:

  • Convenient - Eliminate the Need to put Liquor in  Freezers or Coolers

  • Fast Dispensing Time - No Need for Bartenders to Shake Liquor over Ice

  • Great Visual Advertisement as to What Liquor is on the Unit

  • Multiple Brand Dispensers or Your Own Recipe

  • Will Pour Large Volumes Without Temperature Loss

  • Compact in Size, only 14" x 18" x 20.75"

How it Works:

An in-line system compressor cools a sealed self-contained glycol bath to temperature below 32°.  As the beer flows through the glycol bath, it is super chilled to the desired temperature at the tap.  The Table Top unit is equipped with an adjustable thermostat, allowing the serving temperature to be set for different beers.  The entire system uses 110 volt, 20 amp service.  A 220 volt option is available.  The cooling system can be plugged in for one hour, then used one to two hours unplugged.

The Result:

A crisp clear serving of draft beer.  Draft beer served at these low temperatures is a delight to customers.  Consumers in North America strongly prefer draft beer to be served cold.  Additionally, when draft beer is cooled to a temperature below 32°, there is little or no foam loss.

An important addition to our Table Top unit is the Keg Wrap.  This is a particularly important addition when kegs will be exposed to changing temperatures (as when used unplugged or or outdoor events).  The Keg Wrap has chilled glycol circulating inside its insulated cover.  When a Keg Wrap is tightened around a keg, a heat transfer plate makes contact with the skin of the keg, transferring heat out of the keg, which dissipates in the glycol bath.  Convection within the keg ensures that all of the beer is cooled.

KEG WRAP

Kw.jpg (3554 bytes)The Glycol Keg Wrap™ cools the keg without ice or a walk-in cooler.  The patented jacket has easy male/female quick connects to the Table Top , which chills kegs to 36° by using glycol.

Chilled glycol circulates in this patented wrap, keeping your draft beer at an ideal serving temperature with no ice needed.

Operates As:

  • Short Draw - Table Top

  • Can Run in Series up to Three-Kegs

  • Long Draw

  • Replaces Beer Boxes, Direct Draw Dispensers, Jockey Boxes

CHILL BOOSTER

Boost.jpg (4969 bytes)The Cold Tap Chill Booster installs easily beneath the tower to literally 'flash chill' beer as it is poured.  The Chill Booster can handle up to four-lines and can be acquired separately to compliment any existing glycol system.  Utilizing a cold filtering process, draft beer is routed through a state of the art flash freezing extractor that drops the temperature to the desired settings, hence; temperature enhancement.  The Chill Booster is a high tech heat exchanger, transferring temperature efficiently and immediately.  The Chill Booster provides a solution for problems remote systems have had for years.
